Grandpa, our conversations were some of the best I\'ve ever shared. It was your love of all things analytical and logical that played a significant part in forming who I am today. I will never stop excercising my mind due to the example you set. Our shared interest in beautiful automobiles seems to have skipped over Dad and hit me with excess force. I will eventually build a library to rival yours so when we meet again, I hope you are prepared. I will be arriving heavily armed in anticipation of our next conversation. I love you, Eric.

Dad I\'m sitting here thinking of all the great times we had over the years and there are just too many things to mention. We used to talk about your career in analytical chemistry, something I could never seem to comprehend. We played the guitar, picked the banjo and even tried to sing. You gave to me a love of music that has never faded. You always spoke of one day restoring your favorite old cars, and you finally did. But the one thing I will never forget is your lifelong thirst for knowledge. If I ever had a question, or just wanted to challange my mind you were always there with the answers. When I left your house today, I had your guitar and banjo by my side. Marc was driving the \'31 Model A Roadster that you and he created from scratch and it was turning heads at every corner. I wish you could have seen the smile on his face! I could go on and on but I want to save some things to discuss for when I see you again. I love you Dad, and I miss you. But I will never forget you. Mike

I am writing this to you Dad as Sheri, since you never called me Sheryl. Though I started out as a Baldwin, you made sure I felt part of the Eddy family right from the start, so long ago. You know how much you have influnced Mike and Eric and Marc. You had to have seen it in each of them. Your influence will live on through all of us. Your love for the Camas and Washougal area opened my eyes to a part of our surroundings I had never really see before I married into the Eddy family.I appreciate all the things I learned from you. Love you so much Dad, Sheri

Ed and I worked together at CZ Environmental Services. Ed was one of the kindest, gentlest men that I have ever known. I was blessed to have had him as a co-worker and friend.

I have so much that I would like to say, yet I think that no matter what I were to say that I could not ever do you any justice. Grandpa you were my best friend, every moment that we had and spent with each other I will cherish. The years that we spent together were awesome. I learned so much from you and yet there was still so much that I could have learned. You always treated me with a kind heart and a welcome home, no matter if I did things the way that you thought that I should have. Thank you for the days that we would just talk for hours about things that most normal people couldnâ??t even begin to grasp and for opening my mind to things that most wouldnâ??t understand. You were a great teacher and a kind man. Not a day will go by that I wonâ??t think of you fondly. I love you with all my heart and I will miss you with every ounce of my being.
â?? I went looking for a man with passion & wisdom, I found you standing beside me directing me back towards myself.â?? M. Eddy
Thank you Grandpa, I will never forget.
