Obituary of Archie Roy Richards

ARCHIE ROY RICHARDS Archie Richards, of Washougal, passed away January 30, 2006 at SW Washington Medical Center in Vancouver at the age of 53. He was born July 7, 1952 in Belle Fourche, SD and later graduated from Washougal High School. Archie worked at the paper mill as a mechanic until he retired. He was a member of the American Rifle Association and enjoyed motorcycles, fishing and his family. He is survived by his parents, Dale and Ila Richards; sons, Bryan, Tony and Jeff Richards; sister, Ellen Cline; brothers, Larry and Alfred Richards and 10 grandchildren. A memorial service will be Friday, February 10 at 10am at the First Christian Church , 404 NE 6th Ave., Camas. A reception and celebration of Archie?s life will be at 5pm at the A.W.P.P.W. Union Hall. It will be a potluck for all friends and family. Private inurnment will be at Memory Memorial Park in Vancouver. Private cremation was held at Columbia River Crematory with Straub?s Funeral Home in Camas in charge of the arrangements. Memorial donations can be made to the American Kidney Fund @ 6110 Executive Boulevard, Suite 1010, Rockville, MD 20852-9813.
