Obituary of Diane Fe Robinson

Diane Fe Robinson was born in Portland, Oregon, on November 17, 1987 to Douglas and Marites Robinson. She passed away September 14, 2024, when her brother suffered a psychotic episode. Diane’s father was a career Coast Guardsmen which meant moving periodically. Diane lived in Portland, Oregon; Federal Way, Washington; Honolulu, Hawaii; Pittsburgh, California; Kodiak, Alaska; and Vancouver, Washington while growing up.

While attending Moutain View High School in Vancouver, Diane met and married Kenneth Leachman and they had one son, Ethan Douglas Leachman. After divorcing Kenneth, Diane completed her GED and graduated from Clark College and Washington State University—Vancouver while caring for her young son. She held various jobs following graduation and was working as a Behavioral Therapist at the time of her passing.

Diane was an active member of her church. She also enjoyed making jewelry first as a hobby with plans to start a small jewelry making business. Many of her church family and friends have received jewelry that they can continue to enjoy for years to come. She was also a committed exercise enthusiast who hated to miss working out at her local gym.

Diane was preceded in death by both sets of grandparents. She is survived by her parents, Douglas and Marites Robinson of Vancouver, WA; son, Ethan Douglas Leachman of Vancouver, WA; sister, Debra Lea Robinson (address unknown), brother, Dwayne Bries Robinson of Vancouver, WA; Aunt Dr. Donna Archer (Thomas) and son Danial of Washougal, WA; Uncle Danial Robinson of Washougal, WA; Uncle Marvin Breis (Salve) and sons Justin and Wesley of Kodiak, Alask and many extended family in The Philippines.

There will be a Memorial Gathering on Friday, October 4, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Straub’s Funeral Home, 325 NE 3rd Avenue, Camas, WA followed by burial at the Washougal Cemetery, 3329 “Q’ Street, Washougal, WA.

The family request people wear white and/or black to the Memorial Gathering. In addition, the family would love to see guests wear any jewelry they have from Diane.
