I knew Diane for 6+ years.
The joy Diane brought to people around her is unmeasurable. A joy-bringer describes her infectious spirit. She was like no other with a gift for making people around her feel welcomed & loved. Sincere connection was so very important to her, and she also took great pleasure in connecting others. Diane had a profound impact on my life. I'm eternally grateful I knew Diane & she is forever in my heart.

Q: How did you meet Diane?
A: I met Diane at JCP when she started working there. She was such a ray of sunshine! I knew it would be a great day when we would be scheduled together. Even though we had a large age difference (I could be her grandma), that didn’t make a difference to either of us.
Her smile, her laughter, her big heart, her beauty, the goals she had for her future, how she loved her son, Ethan, will forever be embedded in my heart and mind.
The world lost you too soon, Diane. You may gone, but, you will never be forgotten by so many people.
Rest in Peace, Diane. And know how much you will be missed and know how much you were loved.

Q: How did you meet Diane?
A: I met Diane while working at JC Penney. I remember the day she started in my department- down to her outfit and how she curled her hair. Everything about Diane was bigger than life and she touched so many people throughout her time here. Life happened and we lost touch outside of social media but I’ll remember her for the rest of my life. My heart goes out to her friends and family. I know she loved you fiercely.

Diane and I shared 15 years of friendship, and she was truly the strongest person I’ve ever known. She had an incredible way of being there for me during my darkest moments, always showing up with gifts in hand—whether it was her beautifully crafted homemade jewelry or a delicious dish she’d prepared. Diane was more than a friend; she was a beacon of love and support, a comforting presence when I needed it most.
Her culinary talents were unmatched; I still remember the comfort of her meals that tasted like home. Diane also had a voice that could fill a room with warmth and emotion. “Crazy” by Patsy Cline was her go-to karaoke song, and she sang it with such grace and power that it left everyone captivated.
She wasn’t just strong in spirit; she was also intelligent, socially aware, and deeply committed to her community. Diane lived with purpose, never shying away from standing up for what she believed in and always striving to make the world a better place.
There aren’t enough words to express the depth of the loss I feel. I’ll forever cherish our memories, the way she made me laugh, and the times she simply sat beside me, making everything feel a little bit brighter. Diane’s impact on my life is beyond measure, and I will carry her spirit and strength with me forever.
Rest in peace, my dear friend. You will always be loved and never forgotten.
