Edwin A. Schmid Obituary:
Edwin A. Schmid, age 68, passed away in his home on Tuesday, July 21, 2020. He was born October 21, 1951 to George and Emma Schmid, in a military hospital at Camp Cooke, CA. He was a lifelong resident of Washougal and lived 47 years on the Schmid farm, which was homesteaded by his great-grandfather Zitzelsberger. He was preceded in death by his father George Schmid. He is survived by his mother Emma Schmid, his siblings Jim (Jolette) Schmid, Mary (Alan) Hargrave, Frank Schmid, Carolyn (David) Simms, Cindy Schmid and Kevin (Shelly) Schmid, as well as 14 nieces and nephews, 10 great nieces and nephews, and many cousins.
