Obituary of Eric Doyle Kent

Eric D Kent, 45, of Vancouver, WA, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday May 14th, 2017. Eric was born to Julie and Doyle Kent in Vancouver. He attended high school in Fairbanks, AK. He was a loving husband, father, son, brother, uncle and a loyal friend to many.

Eric had the best sense of humor and his laugh was contagious. He was known for his hilarious impersonations and had a larger than life personality. He had a passion for playing the guitar & fast cars. He was adventurous, took risks & always lived life to the fullest.

Eric is survived by his wife Elizabeth Kent, son Colton Kent (Sarah), grandmother Phyllis Kent, father Doyle Kent, siblings Steven Sorrells (Mary), Angela Migaki (Marcus), Kyle Kent (Brittany) and Sierra Smith (Mike), as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother Julie Broscheit.

A service will be held on Sat. May 20th, 2017 at 1pm at Straub’s Funeral Home in Camas, WA with a graveside service to follow immediately at the Camas Cemetery. A celebration of life will be held at Camas Meadows golf course that afternoon at 3pm.
