Obituary of Merwin Truman Beery

MERWIN T. BEERY Merwin Beery, age 95, passed away on Friday, October 3rd. He was born in Shoshonee Falls, ID on September 5th, 1913 and is survived by his beloved companion of 22 years, Ines LaFrance and her extended family; son, Stanley â??Corkâ?? Beery; granddaughter, Brandy Knightly; great grandson, Jakob Knightly and his dog Zippy. Known as â??Beeryâ?? to his friends and â??Mr. B.â?? to his extended family, Merwin held several jobs in the Camas/Washougal area, finally retiring from Tidlands in 1977. A celebration of Merwinâ??s life will be held Friday, October 10 at 2pm at Straubâ??s Funeral Home in Camas. Interment will be private at Evergreen Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Vancouver. Visitation will be held on Wednesday and Thursday from 10am to 5pm at Straubâ??s Funeral Home in Camas.
