Mom:
I miss you so much, and keep reaching for the phone to call and give you an update on the latest news, ask what you\'ve been up to and how your day\'s been. I miss your humor, opinions and explicit descriptions of what\'s going on with you. Most of all, I miss talking with my best friend. All my love, Peggy Ann

I met Betty Lou through my dear friend Peggy. The thing I remember most is she spoke what was on her mind. Even though I did not know her well, all the wonderful stories Peggy shared of her I felt I did know her. What a wonderful mother she must have been, it shows through her successful daughters. God Bless.

I remember her as being a striking symbol of a womanâ??tall and regal. She possessed a striking and commanding presence when she entered the room. When I fist saw her, prior to our initial introduction, I remember thinking to myselfâ??what a classy lady. I was first introduced to her while working with her daughter, Peggy in 1998. They had a special relationship and didnâ??t mind sharing with others the since of humor they shared between the two of them. .

Dear Betty, Chuck & Children,
Just wanted to tell you that as I was leaving the shop last Thursday I saw your mom sitting outside in her wheel chair---I waved to her and she smiled that beautiful smile that I rarely ever saw her without, and she waved back. I will miss her a lot but I\'ll always feel blessed to have known her for the short time I knew her. All of my prayers, thoughts and best wishes are with you and yours.
Love,
Lee

I just wanted to say how much Betty meant to me and to let the family know how much I enjoyed working for her and what a great friend she was to all. I loved the bus trip I took last year with her and the group. She sat behind me and we laughed and visited the whole time.I envied the relationship she had with her family and how you could tell her anything and never worry about shocking her!! She never seemed to age. In my eyes she was the same Betty on that bus that she was on that Sept day in 1978 the first day I started working for her. I\'m so sorry I can\'t be at the service but I\'ll be there in spirit. With Love sympathy. KELLEY
