Obituary of Shelia Marie Spencer

SHELIA MARIE SPENCER Shelia Spencer, age 36, passed away October 28, 2007 at home in Camas. She was born January 20, 1971 in Vancouver to Edmund and Patricia Stephens Spencer. Shelia was raised in Washougal where she graduated from high school. She loved animals, especially frogs which she collected all sorts. She loved the elderly and worked for a time at a nursing home. Shelia had a beautiful singing voice and was very generous with those in need no matter who it was. She loved her children, wrote poetry and had a green thumb and a love for flowers. She was preceded in death by her brother, Michael Spencer. Survivors include her parents, Ed & Pat Spencer of Washougal; children, Calah Spencer and Lukas Huston both of Washougal; brothers, Bill Spencer of Maryland, Chris Spencer, of Washougal; sisters, Kate Spencer of Vancouver, Connie Stephens of Vancouver, Cheryl Spencer of Wisconsin; and her best friends since age 8, Michelle Springer and Chrissy Jones. A funeral service will be Friday, November 2 at 3pm at Straub?s Funeral Home in Camas. Visitation will be Thursday from 12pm to 5pm and Friday from 10am to 2pm.
