Obituary of Edward Paul Vogel

EDWARD PAUL VOGEL Edward Paul Vogel, age 47, passed away at home in Washougal on October 11, 2007. He was born October 6, 1960 in Vancouver, WA to Ruben and Carol Vogel. He was raised in Washougal where he graduated from high school. He then attended Clark College and earned his certificate in welding. Edward went to work in the lumber industry and married Kelly Gray in 1988. They made their home in Washougal on the Vogel family property. Mr. Vogel was a lifelong member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Washougal. He enjoyed the beach and lighthouses. His hobby was raising Homing Pigeons. A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 20 at 11am at St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Washougal. Inurnment will be private at the Washougal Memorial Cemetery. Straub?s Funeral Home & Columbia River Cremation in Camas is in charge of the arrangements.
