Obituary of Henry Theodore Boss

Henry Theodore Boss, a Washougal resident, died in Vancouver, Friday, April 27, 2007. He was 88. Henry was born April 1, 1919 in White Plains, MO to Bonnie Hamilton and Robert Boss. The family moved to Iowa when he was a young boy. He entered the Army Air Force in 1942 and served until 1945. He married May Paris in 1945 in California and settled in Camas in 1951. He worked as a Millwright at Crown Zellerbach for many years. May died in 1985. He married Ruth Marvin in 1995 and they made their home in Washougal. He was active in the Senior Citizens and the VFW. He loved to hunt, fish and travel. Mr. Boss is survived by his wife, Ruth in Washougal; sons, Theodore of Fort Collins, CO and Donald of Ridgefield; brothers, Robert of California and Bill and Donald both of Iowa; sister, Florence Krieger of New Mexico. Graveside service will be Friday, May 4 at 11am at the Camas Cemetery. Rememberances can be made to the West Columbia Gorge Humane Society at 2675 Index St., Washougal, WA 98671.
