Obituary of Florence L. Haney

FLORENCE L. HANEY Florence Haney, age 80, passed away May 4, 2007 in Vancouver. She was born August 2, 1926 in Portland, OR to Walter and Alice Wall Hively. She lived in the Sandy/Mt.Hood area for a time before moving to Washougal in 1935. She them moved to Seattle in the early 1950?s before moving back to Vancouver about 5 years ago. Florence worked as a LPN for over 20 years. She liked to read and was artistic making many handcrafts. She was preceded in death by her husband by her husband, George in 1997; daughter, Sharon and brother, David. She is survived by her children, Larry Roath of Washougal, Marlene Stover and Mark Haney both of Vancouver, Tammy Taylor of South Carolina; sisters, Frances Hagensen of Washougal, Laura Lucille Copstead of Kennewick, WA and numerous grand and great grandchildren. A private family service will be held at a later date. Straub?s Funeral Home & Columbia River Cremation in Camas is in charge of the arrangements.
