Obituary of Betty L. Pielak

BETTY L. PIELAK Betty Pielak, of Washougal, passed away Monday, January 22, 2007 in Vancouver, WA at the age of 71. She was born on May 20, 1935 in Detroit, MI where she was raised. After high school Betty went to work for Fisher Body in Detroit and worked her way up to Executive Secretary. She would later attend and graduate from Diesel Mechanic?s school. Betty married Al Pielak in1954 in Angola, IN and they moved to the Tri Cities in 1984. They then moved to Washougal 16 years ago. Betty enjoyed cooking and all kinds of craft works. She is survived by her husband, Al of Washougal; son, T.J. of Washougal; daughters, Tiffany Flego of Beaverton, OR, Melissa Brewer of Washougal; brother, Gene Berry of Hermiston, OR; sister, Francis of Detroit, MI; 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
