So sad to hear of Vickie\'s passing!
Anytime I saw her in briefing for a Sydney trip I felt happy. She was so warm to me and down to earth and I loved her dry sense of humor with her expressive eyes.
Always a great worker and fun to be around. Kindest thoughts and prayers to her family and friends.

David & Family,
I?m so sorry for your loss. Vicki was a very special person. I hope you take comfort in knowing she was loved and cared for by many people. She lived a full adventurous life and touched the hearts of many over the years. She was an independent soul that marched to a different drummer or in Vicki?s case flew the winds as a free spirit. I share your grief and understand it. Feel comforted in the many memories you have of her.
And when you see someone wearing purple, smile a secret smile of remembrance.

We give our love and deepest sympathy at the loss of Vickie, our cousin, to David and your family. We will remember Vickie as one who always did her best in the things she set out to do. We remeber her for her kindness and will always remember the last time we saw her as she and David came to visit Mom, Jeanne Martin, in June, and the love and understanding she gave to her at her difficault time. Vicki loved her parents very much as they loved her and we are sure she will be with them, now.

Please accept my condolences and sympathy in this time of loss. It was my pleasure to serve Vickie for many years. I truly appreciated her and will miss her. Her sudden and unexpected departure serves to remind us of the fragile nature of our time here. Take heart in the knowledge that our Lord has taken her to her reward.

Vickie and I met in high school and my wife and I were fortunate enough to get to visit with her at our last class reunion. We had stayed in touch since then and enjoyed many long conversations. She was a very special lady and will be missed.

I would like to express my sadness and sumpathy at the loss of Vickie. I was her dental hygienist for more years than I care to remember, about 25. Everyone in our office at Dr. Fauchers truly adored her. She was beautiful, bright and had a great sense of humor. I enjoyed every visit with her and considered her my friend. We will all miss her presence on this earth but I know that she is in the arms of God and has been told something like " Good and faithful servant, a job well done." Keep her memories close to your heart. Sincerely , Darlene Howard

I met Vickie as a fellow flight attendant for Pan Am in Seattle. When PAA closed their Seattle base and we all went to SFO, Vickie joined the commuter apt that I was in. After she transfered to Los Angeles, I saw her in Sydney a number of times. We enjoyed the long hike from the Spit Bridge to Manly, and then of course had lunch or dinner, depending on the time of day. I certainly will miss her, and when I see the color purple, I will think of her.

I always think back to the after dance class parties at the Duback\'s or the Smith\'s on Saturday nights. If only our parents knew what we were doing....I will miss Vickie and our once a year visits...bc

To Vicki\'s Family
Vicki and I both started at PanAm about the same time and had many fun trips and stories we shared--and many laughs. We just ran into each other at Whole Foods Market in Bellevue just a few short months ago and she was looking especially beautiful in her favorite color! I really remember how great it looked on her.
I am so shocked and saddened by her death. The world has lost a very dear, sweet and funny person. I will always remember her with a special fondness and miss her.
My condolences go to you.
Sincerely,
Liz Nichols-Knowles
