Obituary of James Louis Cottrell

JAMES LOUIS COTTRELL James Cottrell, age 92, passed away June 4, 2006 in Vancouver. He was born April 4, 1914 in Delta, UT and moved in a covered wagon to the Yakima, WA area in 1921. He married Louise ?Babe? Jenks on August 26, 1936. Mr. Cottrell worked as a cattle rancher and later in the restaurant business from 1959 to 1976. James moved to Vancouver in 2001 to be closer to his family. He enjoyed fishing, pheasant hunting and tinkering with engines. He was preceded in death his wife, Babe, in 1984. Survivors include his daughters, Carol Templer of Washougal, Barbara Chase of North Carolina; 4 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Private burial will be held in Wapato, WA.
