Obituary of Dorothy A. Ulver

DOROTHY A. ULVER Dorothy Ulver, age 90, passed away Monday, October 17 in Camas. She was born December 8, 1914 in Salt Lake City, UT where she grew up and attended the University of Utah. She married Irvin Ulver in 1939. After Irvin?s service during WWII in the Navy they lived in Utah and finally settled in Camas in 1961. She worked as a bookkeeper for different businesses. She was a member of the Navy Mother?s, St. John?s Presbyterian Church and the Camas Senior Citizens. Dorothy was an avid bowler and belonged to leagues at Riverside Bowl. She also enjoyed gardening. She is survived by her husband, Irvin, at home; son, John Ulver of Skamania and 2 grandchildren. There will be no services. Straub?s Funeral Home in Camas is in charge of the arrangements.
