Obituary of Clarice Evelyn Wilson

CLARICE EVELYN WILSON Clarice Wilson, age 77, passed away Tuesday, March 1 in Portland, OR. She was born July 26, 1927 in Ladysmith, WI and moved to Vancouver in 1946. She met Thomas Wilson and they married on September 5, 1947 and lived in Vancouver until moving to Stevenson, WA in 1964. Clarice worked as a library clerk for the Stevenson School District. They later moved to Washougal where they lived there until moving to Warrenton, OR in 2003. They had recently moved back to Washougal. Mrs. Wilson enjoyed sewing, camping and her grandchildren. She was also an active member at the United Methodist Church in Washougal. She was preceded in death by a son, Craig and a daughter, Julie. Survivors include her husband, Thomas, Sr. of Washougal; sons, Thomas, Jr. and Debbie Wilson of Astoria, OR, Dan & Debra Wilson of Vancouver; daughter-in-law, Connie Wilson of Vancouver and 6 grandchildren. A private graveside service will be held at the Park Hill Cemetery in Vancouver. A memorial service will be held for family and friends on Saturday, March 12 at 11am at the United Methodist Church in Washougal. In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the Washougal United Methodist Church Memorial Fund @ 4020 ?M? St., Washougal, WA 98671.
