Obituary of Eugene ''Geno'' Clinton Maulding

EUGENE CLINTON MAULDING Eugene ?Geno? Maulding passed away Thursday, February 3 at home in Camas. He was 56. Geno was born April 29, 1948 in Portland, OR and grew up on Sauvie Island and later moved to Clark County. In 1967 he married Peggy Johnson and they divorced after 18 years. He then married Teri Fryberger in 2001. Geno worked for Glidden Paint for several years then for the railroad painting boxcars. He worked for the past 19 years as a bartender in downtown Camas. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, long drives and camping. He was preceded in death by brothers, Jim and Larry Male and son, Shane Matthew Maulding. He is survived by his wife, Teri at home; daughter, Dawn Hill of Camas; son, Richard Maulding of Ketchikan, Alaska; sisters, Darlene Zimmerman of Deerpark, WA, Dorothy Elverud of Gaston, OR, Shirley Bell of Lacy, WA, Sheila Evers of Gaston, OR; brother, David Maulding of Battle Ground, WA; and grandchildren Justin, Jacob, and Jordan Hill. A memorial service will be Wednesday, February 9 at 11am at Straub?s Funeral Home in Camas. To sign the online guest book visit www.straubsfuneralhome.com.
