JOSEPH SCOTT HUBBARD Joe Hubbard age 48, passed away Tuesday, December 7 at his home in Vancouver. Joe was born November 23, 1956 in Vancouver to Donald and Carrabelle Matthews Hubbard. He grew up in Washougal where he graduated from high school. He attended Western Washington Univ. and later the American Baking Institute in Manhattan, Kansas. He worked as a journeyman baker and had most recently been working for Heraeus Shin-Etsu America, Inc. in Camas for the past 8 years. Joe enjoyed golfing, gambling and comedy. He was also a big football fan. He is survived by his parents, Donald ?Bing? and Carabelle Hubbard of Washougal; brothers, Michael of Washougal and Patrick & Donna Hubbard of Washougal; grandparents, George & Olive Hubbard of Washougal; nephews, Nicholas Hubbard of Vancouver, Brandon Hubbard of Alaska; and companion, Debbie Lee of Vancouver. A memorial service will be Monday, December 13 at 2pm at the Gateway Community Church in Washougal. A vault inurnment will be at the Washougal Memorial Cemetery.
