Obituary of Brenda L. Noble

BRENDA L. NOBLE Brenda L. Noble, a Washougal resident, died Thursday July 24th in Vancouver. She was 64. Brenda was born January 25, 1944 in Columbus, OH to Leila Stacy and Bev Noble. She grew up in Ohio and went to Seattle in 1962 to attend college. In 1963 she returned to Ohio and went to Miami University. Brenda moved to Portland in 1967 where she worked at a bank and took night classes at Portland State. She then went to work as a dispatcher for the police department, a position she held for 10 years. She moved to Washougal in the mid-seventies and eventually graduated from Portland State in the late â??70â??s. She worked at the Clark County Sheriffâ??s Department and retired at age 60. Brenda was a member of Soroptimist International. She loved her two dogs, her yard and antiques. She enjoyed having Holiday Open Houses for family and friends. Brenda Noble is survived by her mother Leila of Washougal. Her father, Bev, preceded her in death. Memorial services for Brenda Noble will be Wednesday July 30th at 2PM at Straubâ??s Funeral Home in Camas. Inurnment will be at the Camas Cemetery. Straubâ??s Funeral Home and Columbia River Cremation in Camas is in charge of the arrangements. Remembrances in her name may be made to the Interfaith Treasure House, 91 â??Câ??
