Joyce Quinn-Meyers, of Vancouver, passed away, Friday, May 28 at the Ray Hickey Hospice House in Vancouver. Joyce was born July 26, 1947 in Vancouver to L.W. and Wilma Jane Quinn. She enjoyed mentoring children, arts and crafts, singing, and gardening. She was preceded in death by her mother, Wilma Jane Quinn and husband, Tom Meyers. Survivors include her father, L.W. Quinn of Washougal; sister, Mary Michael Kenny of Portland, OR; brothers, Richard W. Quinn of Washougal, WA and Dennis W. Quinn of Olympia, WA. A memorial service will be at 11am Saturday, June 5 at the L.D.S. Church at 10509 SE 5th St., Vancouver, WA. Memorial donations can be given to the Ray Hickey Hospice House @ 2112 E.
