LINDA R. SHINN Linda Shinn, of Camas, passed away on November 16, 2015 at the age of 74 after a long battle with chronic lymphocytic leukemia. She was born on June 3, 1941 in Berkeley, CA. Linda was a teacher and a homemaker. As a member of the Camas Friends Church she was a devote Christian who strove to live her life according to the Quaker doctrine, otherwise known as the Religious Society of Friends. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robbie in 2010; her parents, Ray and Lois Marple; sister, Vickie Marple and grandparents, Rueben and Agnes Marple She is survived by her sons, Todd and Toby Shinn and 2 grandchildren. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 21 at 10AM at the Camas Friends Church at 1004 NE 4th Ave. Vault interment will follow at the Camas Cemetery and refreshments will be served back at the church. In lieu of flowers memorials can be given to the Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia Foundation cllfoundation.com; the Ray Hickey Hospice House or the Humane Society for Southwest Washington.
