Obituary of Donald E. Moore

DONALD E. MOORE Donald E. Moore passed away April 1, 2014. He was born in Boise, Idaho July 30, 1934 to Clarence and Louise Moore. He attended schools in Vancouver and worked at Crown Zellerbach in Camas as a Millwright for 40 years; retiring at 58 years of age. He enjoyed the outdoors, golfing, camping, boating, fishing, hunting, and hiking. Traveling and gatherings with his family was his greatest joy. Volunteering, woodcarving, photography and feeding the birds were his hobbies. Predeceased by his parents, sister, Elsie and brother, Clarence Jr., survivors include his wife of 61 years Helen; sons, Douglas Marsha and Gregory; grandchildren, Jennifer Matt and Kevin Lindsey; great-granddaughters, Cali and Ava; sister, Betty and numerous nieces and nephews. His celebration of life will be at Zion Lutheran Church in Camas on Saturday, April 5, 2014 at 3:00 pm. In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the Alzheimer's Association @ 100 West Harrison St. N 200, Seattle, WA 98119.
