Oh, what fun Celia and I had when we were working at Camas School District. Loved our "Buck Horn Beer" nights. Wonderful and fun loving lady.... she will certainly be missed by many. My condolences to her family.

Celia was a beautiful person and is a beautiful soul. I am the Meaningful Pursuits Coordinator At Mountainview House, Camas, WA. She always was so gracious and such a lady-- kind, considerate, sweet and grateful to everyone. She was a pleasure to be around. I feel honored to have been a part of her care. She is very much missed . My heartfelt condolences to her friends and family. Ramona Arnold

Celia was a beautiful person, she was well thought of by everyone who knew her. I worked with her for several years in the Garfield School office. She was always very dependable and willing to do what ever was asked of her.
