Carol was active in University Women, The Camas-Washougal Chamber of Commerce, the sister city program, Soroptomists, and other community activities. She especially enjoyed her tenure as a trustee on the Library Board, serving for 11 years including serving as president for several terms. She loved to travel and loved to meet people. Together they traveled to many places, took a number of cruises, and made friendships along the way. She loved to read, was an excellent quilter, liked golf, and was a regular bridge player in several groups. Carol is survived by her husband Stan, sons Guy and Kevin, daughter-in law Rose-Marie Muzika, granddaughters Emma and Camille Hosman and sisters-in law Lillian Hosman, Jay Nehler and Ruth Matheny.
