On March 24, 2023, Sandra Otis passed away peacefully in her home, surrounded by close family.

Sandra was 64 years old and fought a long battle with her health. Sandra was the biological mother of five children. However, many people considered Sandra to be their surrogate mother, as she provided help, comfort and support to them. She cared deeply for her family and friends and found comfort and joy in the time she spent with them.

Sandra was born on May 28, 1958 in Coventry, England, to her parents Snowy and Maureen Foran. Sandra is survived by her five children; Adrian Bideau (44), Kelly Conlin (43), Wayne Bideau (40), Shaun Otis (31) and Shannon Otis (28). She is also survived by her two brothers; Billy & Don Foran and her five beloved grandchildren; Tia, Katie, Kegan, Mia & Michaela.

Sandra was full of life, and enjoyed music, festivals, traveling and good selection of Irish Whiskey. She will be terribly missed by all that knew her. Her legacy will live on through the family she helped create.
