Please share a memory of Nancy to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Nancy A. Watson Boyce Miller, age 85, of Gleneden Beach, OR, passed away at her home on Sept. 25, 2022, of congestive heart failure. Born in Camas, WA, on July 8, 1937, she is predeceased by her parents Fred and Gussie (“Dutch”) Watson, sister Judith Polley, and partner Chris Morrison. Nancy is survived by her sisters, Ruth Hoover and Starla Busenbark, her three children, Danny Boyce, ("Shelley") Annie Boyce Clingman, and Jamie Miller, and her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Nancy cared deeply for all her family and friends and treated everyone with kindness and respect. She always knew how to brighten someone's day and make them feel loved and special. Nancy was a compassionate spirit who loved to nurture and support her children. She always made sure her children knew how much she cared. Nancy worked as a secretary for Crown Zellerbach before fulfilling a lifelong dream of living on the coast and retiring to Gleneden Beach, OR. She spent much of her time walking the beach, hunting for agates, and reading. She was pleased to know she passed her love of reading on to her children. The family wishes to thank everyone for the prayers, love, and support shown during this difficult time. You are invited to attend a memorial service for Nancy at Straub’s Funeral Home in Camas on Thursday, Oct. 6, at 11:00 a.m.
