Betty was one of my role models. I remember, as a child, watching every move she made at family reunions. She was always so happy, so helpful and so very nice not only to me but to everyone, young, old and everyone in between.
Betty told me when I was a teenager, “Do not worry what others think and say, just know your heart and show it.” I have always held that thought as a goal.
She loved each of you, spoke highly of every family member.
I feel blessed to have had Betty, my mom’s cousin, in my life. .... and yes! I tried to drive with my left hand...it didn’t work so well! Thank you for a lovely service!
