Phyllis Ann Fields (Eggebraaten) was born in Camas, WA. 5/27/34, to Dorothy and Leo Eggebraaten. She lived on Drakeway and attended Camas schools until marrying Jack Fields at 19. She briefly worked as a telephone operator but decided to take a much harder and rewarding path as a devoted wife and mother. They moved to Prune Hill in the late 1950’s and were blessed with two boys. She was very active in the Nazarene Church most of her life and strong in her faith until she passed. She is survived by sons Mike and Randy. Daughter’s in-law Caroline and Becky. 5 grandchildren 1 great grandchild and Daisy.

A memorial service will be held at Fourth Plain Nazarene Church in Vancouver on Saturday January 19, 2019 at 1:00pm.  All are welcome.
