Pamela J. Spencer passed away at home in Camas on August 8, 2018 at the age of 70. She was born November 5, 1947 in Kalispell, MT. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. John's Catholic Church in Vancouver on Wednesday, August 22 at 11am. Inurnment will be at St. John's Catholic Cemetery.
