Obituary of Gina Lyn Farah

Gina Lyn Farah died May 25, 2018. She was 52. Gina was born and raised in South Haven, Michigan, on Sept. 21, 1965. She eventually moved to Indianapolis, Indiana, where she met her future husband, Ayman. In the middle 1990s, they moved to the Pacific Northwest, and were blessed with a daughter, Amara.

Gina was sweet, generous and gentle. She filled her rich life with compassion, joy and kindness for everyone. She generously threw seeds of love and kindness with utmost ethics, morals and integrity, touching many hearts and enriching many lives always with a comforting sweet smile. Gina went home where she belongs.

She is survived by her husband, Ayman; daughter, Amara; father, Wally Sr.; brothers, Wally Jr. and David; sisters, Laurie and Nichole.

A memorial service honoring and celebrating Gina’s life will be held at The Church of The Good Shepherd, 805 S.E. Ellsworth Road, Vancouver 98664, on Friday, June 29, at 3 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Montessori School at The Church of The Good Shepherd or to the Susan G.
