June was my first and most lasting inspiration. At CENEUR and 2134th Comm 1969-1974, her daily example of dedication, intelligence, and selflessness will never be forgotten. With great insight, kindness, perspective, patience, and encouragement, she helped this brand new Lt find his way. Rest with the Lord and our comrades who have gone before, Ma'am.

June, our paths crossed when we worked together in the Air Force during the mid 60s I'll always remember you as a great humanitarian and a beautiful human being. Always ready with the latest news, always interested in helping others - the world is a poorer place for her passing. My sincere condolences to June’s family. She was a grand lady! She was our next door neighbor on Kent St. for many years, being the substitute grandmother to our children for all those years, sharing in all their big moments, graduations, weddings, etc.. and always so very generous, kind and accommodating! She always had a great story to tell, a good cup of coffee and a great conversation to share. She lived a full, exciting and joyful life. Job well done, June!! Be at peace. Love, Pat
