I'm not sure if this is the Peggy Carroll I knew but if her mother's name was Sylvia, then it is. My condolences to her family, if I remember right she had 2 boys, I babysat them once. My mom and her mom were best friends for years.

Peggy,
Thank you for all that you did. For being the faithful music host of the Wednesday Homestead Tavern Jam and for giving me the opportunity to learn how to play guitar from some of the finest people and musicians I've ever met.
I'll never forget your smile and your cheerful attitude. I still have that massive tip jar you gave me, a Ricky Nelson tape, and a back bar bottle opener that's proudly bolted to a log at my outdoor campfire. The memories of jams and other memorials go back to the 80's, when I knew about 3 chords, You always asked me to do "Put Another Log on the Fire." Turns out, that was one of my mom's favorites, too!
We will all miss you, but the memories are forever.
Love,
George Parsons
