JOY COLLEENE HELLER Colleen was called home May 2, 2011 to be with her Lord and Savior after battling health problems. She was born Aug. 5, 1932 in Hastings, NE. She married Eldon Heller in 1951 and moved to Washington in 1952. She was a longtime resident of Washougal, WA and business owner. She loved to cook and entertain. This led her to owning the Washougal Mercantile, and then starting Heller's Restaurant with her husband. After retirement they traveled and then built their dream home in Arizona. After moving back to WA to be with her family and grandchildren, she then volunteered at the Treasure House, and held the "Sunday Family Dinners" that were open to all friends and family. "She was a loving and generous person who was always willing to lend a helping hand. She will be missed by all..." Colleen is survived by one son, Randy Reta Heller; three daughters, Cyndi Mike Heller-Kerr, Debi Heller, and SanDee Ernie Blair; six grandchildren, Lacey, Amanda, Collin, Brad, Danielle, and Dylan; two great-grandchildren; loyal sister-in-law, Hazel Heller; four brothers, one sister, many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eldon Heller, in 2008. A memorial service will be held at Zion Lutheran Church in Camas on Monday, May 16, 2011 at 11AM.
