My wife Debbie and I just saw Rick at the class reunion. He looked so happy being there with Vickie. I am so sorry he is gone, but very happy we were able to see him so recent. Rick was one of the nicest guys you'd ever want to meet. I think he took after his mom Betty because she was just a sweetheart. Betty always had good advice for us kids growing up. His dad Everett was a great guy too. Growing up, Rick was a lot closer to some of our other friends, but I still have a bunch of good memories from grade school, High School, playing sports and more. Debbie met Rick while working at Riverview many years ago. She was so happy to see him again at the reunion. This is a very sad thing, but please know, Rick will be remembered. He left many, many good memories. Thank you for being Rick Morris.

We met Rick several years ago, and over time lost contact. I know from my family to yours, we are so sad for your loss. Rick had a great personality and always had a joke for everyone to laugh at. I have thought of Rick over the years, and luckily we ran into him at a store a few years ago. It was great to see him and get back in touch. He will be missed by everyone who knew him, including us.

Sincerest condolences to Rick's family. I remember Rick as always quick with a joke or a smile, never slow to play a practical joke on some unsuspecting victim. Our prayers are with you.

My heart goes out to Bob, Jerry and family after hearing of the loss of your beloved brother, Rick. It was only the other day I was fondly reminiscing about our family visits to your farm, recalling how much fun I used to have there with all of you. Uncle Everett and Aunt Betty were two of my favourites and you three boys were like brothers to me back then. I always remember cousin Rick with a BIG smile on his face and he always had plenty of time for me, despite our four year age difference. I truly adored him! It's times like these when New Zealand feels especially far away, as I would love to be with you all in celebrating Rick's life on the 30th. Please know I am there with you in spirit and will keep Rick in my thoughts and prayers. I'm comforted to know he has been reunited with your mom and dad, who I'm sure was awaiting him with opened arms & a long overdue hug. Much love to you all and God bless!!! Try as he might, Rick could never talk me into doing karaoke with him. From now, and forever more, when I'm singing loud with the radio, I will remember Rick. R.I.P. Rick. You are missed.

My thoughts and my prayers go out to all Rick's family and friends. We had a great time one afternoon talking about the "old days" at Vicki's house this summer...the ball games with my brothers, strawberry picking, etc. I know he will be missed by you all.

Hey Rick, We have more than 40 years of memories and it still doesn't feel like enough. I am thankful for what we had, but that doesn't stop these huge waves of sadness washing over me. I miss you so much. I will never find anyone else whom I fit with the way I fit with you. I already miss dancing with you, the karaokeing on Saturday nights at the Showboat, cooking breakfast and watching old movies in the middle of the night and curling up against you on the couch with my head on your chest, feeling you breathe, and feeling loved and secure. Thank you for loving me and allowing me to love you. You'll be in my heart forever. I love you.

Rick was a great guy to go to school with. He was a gentle "teddy bear" with a great sense of humor. Was glad that I saw him at the class reunion in Aug. He will be missed. My condolences to all of his family & friends.
