DEAN E. LINDGREN
Dean E. Lindgren, age 90, was welcomed into our Lord's loving arms on September 12, 2010. He was born on September 17, 1919 in Zillah, WA. Dean proudly served his country in Europe during WWII and received many medals of recognition. He worked at Crown Zellerbach paper mill and served many years on the Washougal City Council. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. Dean was a skilled carpenter and made many pieces of furniture and driftboats. He also reloaded ammunition and strong fishing poles for many people and was also a distributor for metal detectors.
He is survived by his wife of nearly 68 years, Dorothy Lindgren; children, Carol Dana Burns, Charlie Linda Lindgren, Susan Furnish, and Connie Pavelec; grandchildren, Martin Heather Burns, Melinda Mark Brown, Ace Furnish, Alexandra Furnish; great grandchildren, Kaden and Elisha Burns.
A memorial service will be held on his 91st birthday, Friday, September, 17, 2010 at 11:00 AM at the Camas Church of the Nazarene.
