THOMAS ALBERT STOLTH
Thomas Albert Stolth, a Camas resident, died July 28, 2010 in Camas. He was 91. Thomas was born March 11, 1919 in Victoria, BC, Canada to Annie Grieves and John Stolth. He grew up in Canada and worked in a saw mill and as a long-haul truck driver retiring in 1980. Just before retirement he married Bernice Marx Walton and they made their home in the Camas area. They enjoyed traveling together and were members of the Moose Lodge's Campers Club. They also took trips abroad including a memorable trip to Sweden. One of their favorite things to do was to go on the seniors' bus to the Casinos. Mr. Stolth also loved to hunt and fish.
Mr. Stolth is survived by his wife Bernice of Camas; son Jim of Canada; stepdaughters Joan Nelson and Judy Gregg, both of Washougal, stepson Bob Walton, of Washougal and numerous grandchildren.
Being a very private person, Mr. Stolth requested that there be no formal public service. His family will have a private gathering to honor his memory at a later date.
