FRANCES VIRGINIA MAUL FEBRUARY 6, 1916 – DECEMBER 26, 2009 Frances was born in Portland, Oregon to Lulu Reeder Maul and Henry J. Maul. She resided in Portland until 1944 when her family moved to Camas, Washington to open a NAPA Auto Parts Store. She moved back to Portland in 1965 and to Vancouver in 1999. She was employed with Dun and Bradstreet in Portland for over 40 years. Miss Maul was an excellent seamstress and in leisure time made most of the clothes in her wardrobe. After retirement she learned to play golf and loved to travel. She also enjoyed her many hours volunteering at the Portland Zoo and working on Rose Festival floats each year. Frances is survived by her sister, Bette Coffman, nieces and nephews, Penny Coffman Guest Jim McGlinn of Washougal, Scott Coffman Aleda of Camas, Nancy Reynolds and David Maul of Salem, Oregon, 6 grandnieces and grandnephews, and 9 great grands. There will be a private family gathering at her request. Straub's Funeral Home & Columbia River Cremation in Camas is in charge of the arrangements.
