Obituary of Andrew Jackson Kocher

ANDREW JACKSON KOCHER Andrew Kocher, age 87, passed away May 3, 2009 at home in Washougal. He was born August 13, 1921 in Camas, WA. He lived in Stevenson, WA for a short time before moving back to Camas. He married Irene Schwartz and briefly worked logging and in the paper mill. He went to work at the Pendleton Woolen mill and retired as a department foreman. Andrew liked mechanics and working on his farm. He enjoyed gardening and was also a rock collector. He is survived by his son, Larry Kocher of Waterloo, IL; 3 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. A wake will be held Monday, May 11 from 4pm to 8pm at Straub's Funeral Home in Camas.
