I know for certain that we never lose the people we love, even to death. They continue to participate in every act, thought and decision we make. Their love leaves an indelible imprint in our memories. We find comfort in knowing that our lives have been enriched by having shared his love. And in the memory of Brianâ??s words â??Whereâ??s the God Damn SALTâ?? We love you Brian.

I used to race with Brian in the ISDE events and always had a great time with him. He was a gentleman and always wanted to help the others he was around. He was fast on a motorcycle and fast to compliment others and slow to criticize. I will miss his smile and friendship. God Speed.

Dear Sandy & Kids,
I just want to express my deepest sorrow for the loss of Brian. As Garrett can t ell you, my son Michael lost his mother when he was just thirteen. It is never easy. Brian and I met when I first moved to Washougal and I had Garrett on my baseball team. Over the past nine years I have had the pleasure of coaching Garrett on many occasions and he and my son Michael have been great friends. I can still hear my son\'s voice as he was leaving the house on many an evening saying; Dad, I going over to Garrett\'s. I umpired many on Sam\'s softball games while she was younger. A to see her now as she has grown into the fine young woman she is today. Brian and I were not life long friends and I do not have the many stories his close friends can share, I would just like to say that I have both laughed and cried with Brian, and I have stood toe to toe with him in times of disagreement. But in the end, Brian was my friend. And for that, I am a better person to have had the pleasure of his company. My heart goes out to your entire family -
All my love and support,
Big Mike

God be with you during this time and always. I grew up with a crush on Brian from the time I was 13 until my first love came along. He was a very special person and will be missed by many. Prayers are with you.
Myrna,
So many times you comforted my mother. I know she would have wanted to comfort you now. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. If there is anything that I can do, please ask.

My deepest sympathy\'s and condolences go out to the Hall family in the loss of Brian. As Linda Bush stated "Heaven got one of us Fern Prairie kids", is aptly correct here. I remember Brian from LacCamas Heights Elementary School as an active "play ground player whether it be tether-ball or softball". This competitiveness led him into CW Little League as a pitcher for the Broncs. And his athletisism did not end there as he was noted as a quick/fast runner which transitioned over to the moto cross circuit. I lost track of Brian since his high school days but by reading his obit. It appears that Brian continued on with a "very competiive spirit" in his endeavors. My Deepest Sympathy\'s

I am so very sad about Brianâ??s passing.
Every Rose Has Itâ??s Thorn . . . the song Brian sang most often when he did karaoke . . . keeps playing over and over in my head.
Iâ??ve known Brian since we were kids growing up in Fern Prairie. Weâ??ve had the conversation about how I think of him as my â??fifth brotherâ?? and how Iâ??m the sister he never had. He knows that I love him in that way. I didnâ??t always agree with his choices, but I always listened to his stories without judgment, smiled and shook my head while he responded with a big ole laugh out loud.
Brian loved to have a good time, and our circle of friends shared a lot of good times with him.
He was a kind and generous man with a huge heart. And thatâ??s what I remember best about Brian . . . his huge heart.
Life will not be the same without Brian on the planet, but all of our lives are better for having known him. I will miss him, our conversations and our singing together.
Heaven got one of us Fern Prairie kids . . . one of the best.
So Go Rest High on That Mountain, â??cause son your work on earth is done . . .
I love you my friend â?? Linda
