Jim was a wonderful person. It was an honor having him as a friend. I still miss him; having coffee at a coffee shop is just not the same! My belated condolences to his family. He was very proud of all of you.

We will truly miss a wonderful person! Jim always had something interesting to share with us. We often talked with him as he drove out from visiting his wife in the cemetery. We live right across the street. His devotion was inspirational. Our prayers go to all of his family.

We have known Jim for many years--in fact we were neighbors when Jim and Pep lived on Benton and we were on 19th. Thet were both special people and now they are together once more. Our thoughts and prayers are with the whole family. Donna and Bud

Jim was a great cop and an even greater person. I still remember him from the "Beverage Cooler" on the way to #10 Tee at OHGCC!

My thoughts and prayers are with the family. My husband Robert Strong worked with Jim in the Camas Police dept, and your mom "pep" as we called her lived with my aunt and uncle Robert and Frances Tueth for a time. May the wonderful memories of your parents give you smiles, the love of family and friends give you comfort and the love of God give you peace... Billie Strong

We have fond memories of
Jim as a law enforcement officer and as a person. We know that he was so lonely
after the loss of Pearl. Now
he is with her in a better
world.

I saw your dad\'s picture and recognized a man who stood for honesty, goodwill and kindness in the Camas days of the 1960\'s and 70\'s. Your mom was my 7th grade teacher at JDZ, the first year it was opened. I have very special memories of your mom, and also of the person your dad was. He is what policemen REALLY are! Thank you for sharing your family, and I am truly saddened by your loss.
