John was my cousin. While we weren\'t close in the last few years we spent some great time together during our teenage years. Some of it backpacking in the Mt. Adams country. Those were some great treks.
John always reminded me of our great grandfather, John H Ginder, because of his name and how closely he resembled or great grandfather.
He will be missed.
To the family of John:
Alan and I graduated with John in 1963 and our thoughts and prayers are with your family.
John was a intelligent, bashful nice person. I always got a kick out of his rosey cheeks. He had a great smile too. I also enjoyed reading all his letters to the editor in Columbian..
Alan said John was so bright in math class and always helped him in study hall.
Our 45th class reunion is next week and John will be honored I am sure.
Nancy, if you ever wanted to call and talk we are in the phone book. Bonnie & alan Deming
Please know my thoughts are with all of you during this very sad time. I hope that time will heal your heartache and grant you the peace that I am sure John now knows.
Dear Ginder Family,
I am sorry to hear of your loss of brother, and son.
May the memorable moments
of his laughter and joy surface
to help you thru the days to follow.
I was shocked and very saddened to hear that John passed away. He was a good friend to my Dad, Ted Lunde, and to me. I will miss him coming over and talking politics. He was a special person and will be sorely missed.
