Obituary of Phyllis Stoller

PHYLLIS H. STOLLER Phyllis H. Stoller passed away on May 11, 2008 after a short battle with cancer. She was born July 26, 1926 in Billings , MT to Lloyd and Brownie Hart. She moved from Montana to Idaho and eventually Walla Walla , WA . She graduated from Whitman College with a Bachelorâ??s Degree in Business. While at Whitman she met and married Dale Stoller and moved to Camas in 1949. She worked for the City of Camas as Administrative Assistant in the Finance Department for 30 years. Phyllis was involved in many civic activities, having served on the Library Board, Citizens Advisory Committee for Camas Schools, the Camas/Washougal Performing Arts Series and was a Den Mother for Cub Scouts. Her family was her passion. She enjoyed reading and was the consummate sports enthusiast. She is survived by her sons, Steve Linda and Lloyd Amy Stoller of Camas; grandchildren Courtney Brandon Roberts, Collin, Dylan and Josh Stoller and great grandchildren Aiden and Jack. She was preceded in death by son, Jeff. A memorial service will be Friday, May 16, 2008 at 2pm at St. Johnâ??s Presbyterian Church in Camas. Arrangements are under the direction of Straubâ??s Funeral Home & Columbia River Cremation in Camas.
