My father, Fred Herrlich, served with \'Moose\' in Korea. Dad still lives in NYC. We were speaking this very morning and he had found a picture of himself and Moose and some other marines. Dad told me a funny story that only combat vets would find amusing, and was laughing as he reminisced about his friend."You had to know Moose" he said more than once. I told dad that it was very easy to look people up on the internet, and would look up Moose for him. I will pass along the news about a good marine and friend to dad. Rest in Peace Uncle Eldon Mooseas I remember him. He was a good guy always playing around with us, I will remember all the remodeling projects he would build when he came back to Nebraska. I am very proud to live on the farm now and enjoy the work that they did for my Dad and Mom many years ago.
