I worked for Walt in CZ Quality Control in the mid forties, and enjoyed his humor and gentle guidance. I didn\'t see him until a Camas High Reunion, ten years ago, and it was one of the highlights of my return to Camas. He was a fine man, admired for his genuiness, intelligence and humanity. He will be missed by many beneficiaries of his guidance and friendship.
Bill Altie Jacoby is my grandfather making Walter my great uncle. He truly was a Great Uncle, and quite a character. At a reunion dinner, he deftly swept several french fries from my sister, Amanda, and feeling guilty, sent some replacements back to her in the US Mail.
Our whole family will miss Uncle Walter. I\'m sure my grandfather most of all.

Claudia & Family - Our condolences to all of you. So sorry we are unable to attend the funeral. May God bless each of you and may you feel the arms of Jesus surround you to give you comfort. I remember Uncle Walt as being so very interested in everything you had to say. He could indeed give his undivided attention to you and make you feel special. Gail
