Obituary of Luella M. Rudolf

LUELLA M. RUDOLF Luella Rudolf, age 79, passed away March 5, 2007 in Vancouver. She was born February 28, 1928 in Danzig, ND on the family farm. She was the oldest of three children born to Henry and Emilia Wetzel. She married Ervin Rudolf in March of 1946. They farmed in North Dakota until November of 1966 when they moved the Vancouver area. In 1969 Luella attended Clark College and received her Licensed Practical Nurse Certificate. She worked as a L.P.N. until retiring in 1991. In her younger years, Luella played the piano and organ. She was a member at the Amazing Grace Baptist Church in Vancouver and was in three Bible Study groups. Luella liked being around her family and her friends at Creekside Estates. She also enjoyed cooking and quilting. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ervin and 2 granddaughters. Survivors include her sons, Ronald and Patricia Rudolf of Vancouver, Dean and Karen Rudolf of Camas; brother, Harlan Wetzel of Vergas, MN and 2 granddaughters. A funeral service will be Saturday, March 10 at 11am at the Amazing grace Baptist Church 6902 NE Hazel Dell Ave. Vancouver, WA 98665. Burial will follow at the Camas Cemetery.
