Obituary of Joan Marshall Kacin

Kacin, Joan M Best friend and wife of Charles for 45 years, passed away on March 1, 2007 in Vancouver, WA. Joan was born on March 27, 1944 in Portland, OR and lived most of her life in Washougal. She was a devoted, giving and caring wife and mother. She loved gardening, and was an adventurous and talented cook. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Marjorie Wood of Portland, OR. She is survived by her husband Charles; daughter Christine Crockford, son James all of Washougal; and brother Gary Wood of Beaverton, OR. A celebration of her life is planned for the immediate family. Contributions may be made to the Ray Hickey Hospice House.
