Obituary of Hazel Jane Kepcha

HAZEL JANE KEPCHA Hazel Kepcha, age 90, passed away October 28, 2006 at home in Washougal. She was born June 19, 1916 in Oregon City, OR and was raised in the Portland area. Hazel graduated from Commerce Cleveland High Scholl and got a degree from a business school. During WWII she worked for the Dept. of the Navy and later worked 23 years in the Multnomah County Courthouse for the county before she retired. Mrs. Kepcha moved to Washougal in 1985 and has lived there since. She enjoyed sewing, painting, gardening and her cats. Survivors include her son, Michael of Washougal; daughter, Anita of Portland, grandchildren, Suzie, Mark, Gene, Dawn and May; and 7 great grandchildren. Graveside services will be held Thursday, November 9 at 1pm at the Washougal Memorial Cemetery. Straub?s Funeral Home & Columbia River Cremation in Camas is in charge of the arrangements.
