Just found out about Bernies passing. We are shocked and saddened to hear of his death. We knew he and Rosemary for a long time. Her love of her dogs and thier Love for each other. God Bless those who are left to mourn.

I accidently ran across this obituary when I was doing a search on the computer. I worked with Bernie at Coca Cola in Oakland for many years until it shut down in 1992. We had a lot of laughs over the years ahd I will miss him. my prayers to the family. I also met Rose one time at Barry Holmans 50 th birthday party. She was also very nice and I pray for her too.

I\'ve only known Bernie for approx. a year and considered him a very close friend.He was very up beat while we both discussed abt. our cancer.He will be missed.

Wow Bernie, I will miss you. I always appreciated your visiting me at work. The fondest memory I have of Bernie is at Good Shepherd Church. I took my aunt to church one Sunday and Bernie and RoseMarie were sitting in front of us. After the service he looked at RoseMarie and told her he would get the car. We will never forget how he looked at her and gave her the most tender kiss. My Aunt and I looked at each other and started crying. We cryed because we were so moved to see two people that had so much respect and love for each other, and to see how happy they were. We feel very lucky that we were be able to observe such a tender moment between Bernie and RoseMarie. I will miss you and your hugs Bernie!
