WILHELMINA MARQUARDT Wilhelmina "Billie" Marquardt passed away on November 12, 2016 at her home in Washougal. She was 73. She was born May 31, 1943 in Cleveland, OH. Billie worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant and enjoyed playing Bingo, cards and dice. She is survived by her daughters, Diana Allen and Ellen Willard; sons, Jon and Michael Pinkowsky; parents, William and Mildred Fox; sisters, Martha Sutliff and Cindy Toth; brother, Michael Fox; 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. A graveside service was held on December 13, 2016 at 1pm at the Camas Cemetery. Straub's Funeral Home & Columbia River Cremation in Camas was in charge of the arrangements.
